Authors guideline

• Manuscript Format: All submissions must be written in Hindi and should follow the prescribed conference template Link. The manuscript must be submitted in PDF format initially. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to provide the source files, either in Word or LaTeX format.
• Page Limit: Regular papers should be between 4 to 6 pages in length, including references, figures, and tables. If a manuscript exceeds this limit, additional page charges may apply, as per the conference policy (500 INR per extra page).
• Plagiarism Policy: The submitted manuscripts must have a plagiarism level below 10%. Plagiarism reports for each submission can be found in the Supplementary Files section of the submission portal.
• Presentation Requirement: It is mandatory for accepted papers to be presented at the conference, either physically or virtually. Papers that are not presented will not be included in the final proceedings.
• Important Notes: Authors are encouraged to include visual elements such as figures, graphs, flowcharts, and results to improve clarity. Additionally, authors of rejected papers may receive an invitation to revise and resubmit their work with improved quality within a limited resubmission window.
